Grove Wellness Center
From a Static Canva Page to #1 Organic Rankings in Under Three Weeks
Challenge
- A platform that couldn’t compete. The existing site ran on Canva Sites, with no SEO infrastructure, no CRM or automation hooks, and no way to support referral tracking, nurture sequences, or attribution.
- Zero lead capture. “Book Your Visit” routed off-site to an untracked booking tool. There was no email capture anywhere on the site, and contact ran through a bare Gmail address with no form and no routing.
- No defined offer. Services were listed flat with no pricing, just “visit our booking site for prices,” which meant nothing could be advertised, referred, or scaled.
- A leaky funnel. Diagnostic data showed Grove’s $400/month ad spend was returning a -$400 to $400/month ROI range, a wash at best.
- A competitor sitting in the #1 spot. A previous provider (Notaro) ranked first for Grove’s own branded search terms.
Objectives
- Migrate off Canva onto a real WordPress + GoHighLevel-capable platform.
- Define a clear entry offer and build proper email/lead capture.
- Stand up a blog-first SEO/AEO content engine to reclaim branded search and build topical authority.
- Activate a referral program and reduce dependence on word-of-mouth and one owner’s bandwidth.
Solution & Implementation (LOOP)
Launch
MANY replaced the Canva site entirely with a new WordPress build under the Grove Wellness Growth System bundle — a Strategy Blueprint (offer definition, referral program design, messaging) paired with a full GHL platform build (booking, email capture, attribution) that the old site structurally could not support.
Operate
A blog-first content engine went live, with Stephanie authoring pieces on high-relevance topics (starting with dry needling vs. acupuncture, a live regulatory issue in PA) for the team to format and publish. A dedicated Resources section was added to the site architecture to house referral partners and the blog hub. Social and Google Business Profile posting were positioned to reinforce SEO rather than replace it, with GBP “Learn more” CTAs routing back to blog content.
Optimize
A proper contact/inquiry form now routes submissions directly to Stephanie’s Gmail with a booking link on the thank-you page, replacing the old system’s total reliance on missed calls and voicemail. The public email address was pulled from the site footer to cut spam. TrustIndex was added so patients without Google accounts can still leave reviews.
Progress
Baseline metrics were established for tracking going forward: roughly 88 appointments and 3 new patients per month, with a target of at least one new patient per week. A referral relationship with North Penn Physical Therapy, where Stephanie already works per diem three buildings from Grove, was identified as an immediate, warm reciprocity opportunity.
Results
- Ranking #1 organically for Grove’s own branded search terms (a position previously held by the prior provider, Notaro) within roughly 2–3 weeks of the new WordPress site going live.
- Top 3 in the Google Map Pack, with Search Console already surfacing early query data and new content opportunities.
- A defined offer, working lead capture, and a booking flow where none existed before.
Impact & Learnings
Infrastructure can outrun paid acquisition. Grove’s fastest, clearest win didn’t come from ad spend — it came from replacing a platform that structurally couldn’t rank with one that could.
Fix the offer before you fix the ads. An undefined “visit our booking site for prices” offer can’t be advertised, referred, or scaled; clarifying it was a zero-cost, highest-leverage first move.
Visibility, not delivery, was the real bottleneck. With three practitioners already on staff, the constraint was never clinical capacity; it was one person’s bandwidth for posting and events, which the new system now carries automatically.
