How Edythe B Midlife Turned a Personal Brand Into a Structured Coaching Business With a Website, Programs, and Automation

The Challenge

Edythe was building EB Midlife into a real, revenue-generating coaching business—but needed the infrastructure to make it sustainable (and not depend on doing everything manually).

The goals were to:

  • Turn Edythe’s message and content into a clear, structured offer people could actually buy
  • Build a website that communicated the “midlife system reset” positioning and moved visitors toward the next step
  • Set up a CRM + automation flow that could capture leads and handle key follow-ups (especially post-purchase), so the backend didn’t bottleneck growth.⁠⁠⁠⁠​

Our Approach (Using LOOP)

Launch

  • Clarified the strategic direction: Edythe continues creating content, while the system distributes, captures, and routes leads into a pipeline for nurture or closing.⁠
  • Mapped the business foundation around high-ticket coaching as the primary revenue driver, with tiering concepts to support future scalability.⁠⁠​

Operate

  • Built out the website messaging and page content framework so EB Midlife clearly speaks to midlife women who feel stuck with “old systems” that no longer work, and positions Edythe as a calm, direct guide.⁠
  • Developed core website sections and programs framing, including clear program options and conversion copy for the “Get Started” path.⁠
  • Created a lead magnet funnel asset experience (ex: The Midlife Pattern Reset) including a dedicated thank-you page and next-step CTA to schedule a call.⁠⁠​

Optimize

  • Connected the Programs page purchase flow so customers can purchase coaching packages directly on the website through Stripe integrated with GoHighLevel.⁠
  • Identified the initial gap in the system (buyers being added only as “new leads” with a receipt), and mapped the required best-practice post-purchase automation plan: package tagging, pipeline movement, onboarding instructions, booking prompts, reminders, and internal notifications.⁠⁠​

Progress

  • Set up the foundation for a repeatable “content → capture → pipeline → nurture” business engine that can support future growth (more offers, better nurture sequences, and long-term scaling into courses/community/speaking).⁠⁠​

The Outcome

EB Midlife now has the core infrastructure of a real coaching business—a clear website presence, defined coaching programs with online purchase capability, and a CRM/automation roadmap designed to support clients after they buy (not just collect payments).⁠⁠⁠⁠​
