Last night the MANY crew did something a little different… no Zoom, no CRMs, no computers.
Just sharp objects, snacks, and a whole lot of friendly competition at Bury the Hatchet in Horsham.
The mission: throw sharp things. Have fun. Be humans.
We showed up, signed the waivers, and got to work (if you can call this work).
On the menu:
- Axes (the classic)
- Throwing stars
- Spears
- “Big Burtha” (exactly as intimidating as it sounds)
Some of us hit bullseyes. Some of us hit… the wall next to the bullseye. All of us laughed harder than we have in a while.
Shout-out to Axe Master Drew
Huge thanks to Axe Master Drew for keeping us sharp (pun intended), hyped, and in one piece by the end of the night. Drew gave us some great tips, made us feel at home and only judged a little bit when someone’s throw went full chaos mode.
If you’re in the Horsham / Bucks / Montco area and want a legit team night out — Bury the Hatchet Horsham is an easy yes.
Snacks, drinks, apps… and actual connection
Between rounds we had snacks, drinks and caught up away from the computers. The great thing about our team is that we are more than just co-workers; we’re all friends.
Good marketing teams don’t just ship campaigns. They trust each other, they know each other’s humor and they can trash-talk over a game of axe battleship and still show up locked in the next morning.
Why we do nights like this
At MANY, we’re serious about results and serious about not being stuffy about it.
We help small businesses and entrepreneurs cut through the noise with real-world marketing. That work is better when the people doing it actually like working together.
So yes: we throw axes. We eat snacks. We cheer when someone sticks Big Burtha like they’ve been training for the Olympics.
Then we go back to building brands that actually connect.
