Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Marketing Agency Near You is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
While 100% of net proceeds (after event-related expenses) from this tournament will be donated to Philadelphia Blind Hockey, sponsorships and registrations are not considered charitable donations and are not tax-deductible as such.
Sponsors acknowledge and agree that:
Sponsorship payments are made in support of event marketing, brand visibility, and promotional opportunities.
Any contribution should be treated as an advertising or marketing expense, not a charitable donation.
A receipt will be issued by Marketing Agency Near You for your business records.
No charitable tax receipt will be provided.
By completing sponsorship registration, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
