Kellan opened with the claim that 95% of coaches are going to be replaced . . . and I didn’t argue.
Because the coaches who are just using outdated frameworks and surface-level advice?
Yeah. Those are getting wiped out.
But here’s what I did say—and what I’ll keep saying:
AI is a tool to kill your busywork.
Not your business.
The way we use it (both for ourselves and our clients) is simple:
- Eliminate low-level tasks
- Think faster
- Ship faster
- Free up the mental bandwidth for better ideas, better execution, and better service
That’s it.
That’s how you stay in the 5%. That’s how you make AI work for you, not against you.
