The Challenge
Property Nurse came to us with a strong mission — to bring care, safety, and trust to real estate — but their website and brand presence weren’t quite delivering on that promise.
Following an in-depth OmniPresence Audit, we uncovered friction across two key areas:
- Technical Infrastructure – Forms weren’t delivering notifications, the backend was outdated, and lead routing was inconsistent.
- Brand Experience – The message of “nurture, safety, and trust” was buried. Core values, team visuals, and real stories were missing from key pages.
The Action Plan
We focused on two parallel tracks:
1. Technical Foundation
- Fixed all Gravity Form email notifications
- Corrected lead routing to ensure proper follow-up
- Upgraded PHP and plugins for faster, safer site performance
- Installed a live Google Reviews widget for real-time social proof
2. Brand Realignment
- Overhauled the “About Us” page with authentic team visuals and origin stories
- Enhanced all testimonial visuals and copy for clarity and impact
- Standardized brand language to reflect values of care, clarity, and approachability
- Defined and embedded 5 core brand values across the site
The Expansion: Adding Commercial & Land
After the cleanup and relaunch, we worked with the Property Nurse team to broaden their positioning. This included:
- New service categories for Commercial and Land
- Adjusted CTAs and lead flows to accommodate these new verticals
- Social content and landing pages tailored to each audience segment
This evolution allowed Property Nurse to move beyond residential, serving investors with larger portfolios while keeping their signature trust-first voice.
The Outcome
- Bounce rate dropped by 22%
