Tell a Story, Build a Brand

Lessons from the LBCCC Keynote

I had the chance to attend a standout event hosted by the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce (LBCCC), held at the Lower Bucks County Community College campus. This one wasn’t just good. It was packed with real insights that business owners can actually use.

Quick shoutouts before we dive in:

A couple of the photos were borrowed from Pete over at PB Adjusting (thanks Pete), and I snapped one myself of Liz Luckenbill from Edward Jones. She was named LBCCC’s Member of the Month, and that recognition is more than deserved.

The moment that really stuck with me came from keynote speaker Craig Smith. He shared a simple line that says a lot:

“Tell a story. Build a brand.”

It works at every level. Whether you are building the next Scrub Daddy or running a local service-based business, story is what sticks. Not theory. Not hype. Real stories. Real people. Real transformation.

Your customer’s before-and-after journey is your best marketing asset. Every time you help someone solve a problem or get a result, that becomes part of your brand identity. It shows others what you do, how you show up, and why it matters.

The key is learning how to share it. Not just once, but consistently. When you can turn those wins into content, messaging, and trust-building moments, you stop chasing leads and start attracting people who already get it.

Big thanks to LBCCC for putting on an event that delivered real value. And congrats again to Liz for the recognition. Proud to be part of a community that keeps showing up and getting better.

If you’re ready to shape your message and grow your brand with purpose, we should talk. This is the work we love.
